Refunds are available electronically with no processing fee. Sign up to have your registration refund deposited directly into your checking or savings account. Logon to MySJSU and navigate to the "pay your fees" page. Click on the payment tab and create a payment profile where you will list the account number to deposit all refunds. Check the box that states "use this account number for electronic refunds."
A prorated refund will be given to students who withdraw from SJSU from the first day of instruction, January 23 through April 5, 2008.
Students who drop units resulting in a lower fee structure and/or mandatory fee obligation will be entitled to a refund of applicable tuition and mandatory fees up to the end of the designated SJSU Late Registration drop period on February 4, 2008.

When Financial Aid students withdraw from all courses, the unearned portion of the Title IV funds must be repaid. A full statement regarding the return of Title IV funds is available in the Financial Aid and Scholarship office and the Bursar's office.
