After you are accepted, you will receive U.S. immigration Form I-20 or Form DS-2019 directly from San José State University. You must apply for a passport from your government.
Take your passport and your I-20 or Form DS-2019 Certificate of Eligibility form and proof of financial support to the nearest U.S. Consulate to obtain an F-1 or J-1 entry visa.
