How do you get started?...Easy!
Step 1
- Complete the online CSU admission application at www.csumentor.edu. Remember to mark the EOP box on the CSU application.
Step 2
- Visit http://acadsvcs.sjsu.edu/EOP/eop.html to learn more about EOP.
- Download the EOP application from www.csumentor.edu.
- Complete the EOP application and send it to the SJSU admissions office. There is no application fee required for the EOP application. Acceptance into SJSU does not necessarily guarantee entry into EOP.
- Submit transcripts, SAT I or ACT test scores when requested by the SJSU admissions office.
Step 3
- The financial aid application will help determine the amount of aid (money) you will be eligible to receive.
Step 4
- Continue to check my.sjsu.edu for updates on your application

- All EOP applicants must apply for financial aid by completing the FAFSA form.
Remember to keep a copy of every form you submit! Quickly respond to correspondence from all three application processes so that you can receive the full range of services.
