Transfer Admission Agreements

Transfer Admission Agreements (TAAs) are "road maps" that chart your progress from the participating community colleges to San Jose State University. They serve as a contract that guarantees your admission to SJSU upon completion.

Advantages include:

• Early advising to ensure the best, most efficient transfer plan.
• Waiver of the $55.00 admission application fee.
• Priority admission processing.
• Early notification of admission.
• Priority registration for your first semester at SJSU, if your four basic skills requirements are completed by the end of the winter term.
