Research Methodology

Description
Introduction to scientific methodology, and research design; including refining scholarly search strategies to build a strong scientific base for research, development of research design, data collection, analysis, interpretation and application of research in nutrition, food science and packaging. Prerequisite: NUFS 217; Completion of upper division statistics course with a grade of "C or better" Corequisite: Current or previous enrollment or 1 unit NUFS 298 or NUFS 299
