Issues in Nutrition, Food and Packaging

Description
Discussion and critical evaluation of advanced topics in nutritional science, food science and technology, foodservice management, and packaging. Prerequisite: Passing score on NUFS competency exam in emphasis area. Corequisite: HS 167 or STAT 115. Note: This course satisfies graduate-level GWAR in this master's program.
