Food and Nutritional Toxicology

Description
Major classes of food toxicants, their importance, properties, detection, metabolism, control and regulation; and basic issues in food/diet safety and toxicology. Prerequisite: NUFS 103, CHEM 30B or CHEM 8; introductory courses in nutrition and biology and instructor consent.
