Chemical and biochemical analysis of nutrients and metabolites in body fluids for the assessment of nutritional status of human subjects.
Prerequisite: STAT 95, BUS 90 or HS 167.
Corequisite: NUFS 108A, CHEM 132L.
Misc/Lab: Lecture 1 hour/lab 3 hours.
