Calculus I with Precalculus

Description
Selected topics in precalculus. Introduction to calculus including limits, continuity, differentiation, applications, and introduction to integration. Graphical, algebraic and numerical methods of solving problems. GE Area: B4. Prerequisite: Math Enrollment Category M-I or M-II and satisfactory score on the Calculus Placement Exam; MATH 019 with a grade of C- or better to waive the placement exam; or MATH 018A and MATH 018B with a grade of C- or better in each to waive the placement exam. Note: MATH 030PL is treated as a repeat for students who have taken MATH 030 or MATH 030P. Misc/Lab: Lecture 5 hours/Activity 3 hours
