Principles of Scanning Electron Microscopy

Description
Principles and practice of scanning electron microscopy. Basic theory and skills development of electron microscopy, including electron dispersive spectroscopy. Imaging and compositional analysis of conductive and non-conductive samples. Prerequisite: Introductory course in chemistry, physics or materials engineering. Misc/Lab: 3 hour lab.
