Advanced Aerobic Activities

Description
A combination of intense activities designed to enhance cardiorespiratory endurance and muscular strength and endurance. Activities include: power aerobics, power step, interval training, resistance/step (aerobelt), jump rope, and boxaerobics. Prerequisite: KIN 032 or KIN 034 or instructor consent.
