Criminal Evidence and Procedure

Description
Origin, development, philosophy and constitutional basis of evidence; administrative and judicial rules and procedures that govern admissibility; examination of judicial decisions interpreting individual rights; exploration of process by which attorneys introduce evidence as proof or exculpation of crime. Pre/Corequisite: Any 100W Note: Must achieve a grade of "C" or better to fulfill Justice Studies major requirements.
