The theory and practice of managing justice system agencies, including organizational change and contemporary issues. In-depth examination of ethical challenges in managing justice agencies, and strategies for ensuring ethical practices. Prerequisite: Upper division standing. Note: A grade of "C" or better is required for graduation.
