Fundamentals of Hotel Operations

Description
Principles of organization, management and decision models applied to the tasks and challenges of hotel operations. Involves techniques of problem solving (including planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling operations) in areas of front office operations, housekeeping, food/beverage and personnel. Prerequisite: Upper division standing.
