Description
Identification of minerals and rocks in hand sample and under the microscope. Processes of formation, description, and classification of igneous, sedimentary and metamorphic rocks. Prerequisite: GEOL 120; completion of or co-enrollment in CHEM 1A. Misc/Lab: Lecture 3 hours/lab 3 hours.
