Institutional Economics

Description
This course covers the various approaches to institutions and their role in the economy. These include the traditional American institutionalism of Veblen, Commons and Galbraith, the new institutionalist and the neo institutionalist and Marxist schools of thought. Notes: Offered summer and winter sessions and occasionally during the academic year.
