Description
Examines the economic effects of legal institutions, existing and proposed, and application of economic analysis to the law. Evaluation of the interactions between legal and economic principles and introduction to standard topics such as property rights, contracts, liability, and torts. Prerequisite: ECON 1B, ECON 3 or equivalent, ECON 100W
