Development of software systems from the perspective of project management within the dynamic and complex nature of software technologies and environments; development lifecycle, communications, team dynamics, planning, estimation, scheduling, risk analysis, metrics tracking, problem management, and configuration management. Prerequisite: Graduate standing or instructor consent.
