Biophysical Methods

Description
Advanced lectures on theory and methodology of biophysical measurements. Topics selected from spectroscopic, electromigration and hydrodynamic methods. Practice, limitations and data reduction procedures for each method examined. Prerequisite: CHEM 130A or CHEM 135 (or equivalent with a grade of "C" or better; "C-" not accepted) or instructor consent. Notes: Alternate years.
