Biochemical Separation Methods

Description
Theory and methodology of biochemical separations. Topics selected from adsorption, bioaffinity, gas, gel, hydrophobic, ion-exchange and partition chromatography as well as electro-migration methods and centrifugation. Prerequisite: CHEM 130B or CHEM 135 (or equivalent with a grade of "C" or better; "C-" not accepted). Notes: Alternate years.
