Continuation of CHEM 131A. Advanced isolation techniques and enzyme methodology.
Prerequisite: CHEM 100W, CHEM 130A, CHEM 131A (with grades of "C" or better; "C-" not accepted).
Pre/Corequisite: CHEM 130B or CHEM 130C.
