Organizational Theory, Design and Change
Managing organization-wide structural and cultural changes leading to designs that enhance organizational effectiveness. Change issues of managing growth, resistance, intervention phases, crisis management, intergroup conflict/power are combined with design issues of balancing innovation and predictability, decentralization and centralization. Prerequisite: COMM 100W or ENGL 100WB or LLD 100WB and BUS 161A. Upper division standing. Lower Division Business Pool or Business Minor.
