Management of Diversity

Description
Cross-cultural differences in effective HR management; organizational culture, cross-cultural communication, opportunity structures, organizational change; legal compliance and planning models such as Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action; conflict resolution strategies; dealing with internal and external compliance agencies. Prerequisite: BUS 150 or instructor consent. Upper division standing. Lower Division Business Pool or Business Minor.
