Human Resource Information Systems

Description
Examines the strategic role of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) in the effective management of organizations; needs analysis, criteria for selection and evaluation of software tools for HR decision-making; HRIS issues in Internet, privacy, security, system integration, expert systems. Prerequisite: BUS 150 or instructor consent. Upper division standing. Lower Division Business Pool or Business Minor.
