Description
This course will introduce some of the seminal theories in management and related fields. The seminar will provide a variety of views on organizations, organizational life and the way organizations function. The course will be cross-disciplinary, drawing on readings about organizations from a variety of sources and disciplines. Students will be required to apply theoretical concepts to their own work, field study, or internship experiences. Prerequisite: BUS 160 or BUS 161B.
