Futures and Options

Description
The use of derivatives for risk management by individuals, banks and corporations. The functioning of the futures and options markets for equities, fixed income and commodities. Option valuation models; Black-Scholes and beyond. Risk arbitrage. Applications in personal investment strategies. Prerequisite: BUS 170 and BUS 172A with a minimum grade of "C" in each.
