Description
Analysis of the politics of law and race in the U.S. with a focus on the experience of African-Americans and other racial and ethnic minorities as offenders, victims and as citizens engaged in a continuing movement for equality and an end to injustice. Prerequisite: Upper division standing or instructor consent.
